Currently the Task Lists and Library Functions are an "All or Nothing" set up, the permission set either has permissions to view ALL Task Lists or ALL Library items. It would be nice to have Levels within both the Task List and the Library.
For instance, I'd like Bussers and Hosts to have access to Task Lists like Restroom Checks, Parking Lot Sweeps, etc. They do not need access to a Manager Opening Task List that includes verifying Safe Count and settling CC Batches.
Also in the Library, all employees could view the Employee Handbook and Current Menus. Right now there is not a way to add "Restricted" information that would be helpful for Managers to have quick access to, like How to Request a Final Paycheck for an Employee and other sensitive information.
