    Hello Philippe,


    Thank you for contacting HotSchedules!  We do have what we call "permission sets" (i.e. Employee, Manager, GM, etc.) that are intended to be used so that two employees with the same position will have the exact same access in HotSchedules.  You can also configure your site so that new users with particular job codes will always obtain a particular permission set when they are created.


    Changes to the permission sets and setting up default permission sets by job code can be done by our Customer Care team, so if you have any changes in mind that you would like to make, please don't hesitate to let us know!

    I see, thank you for that clarification.  Unfortunately there is not a way to set this globally so I have submitted this idea to our product team.


    For now, I would recommend that the management team be given the specific configurations you want, then instructed to set this up on their own account, then use the "Save Report Settings" button at the top to lock those parameters into place.
