    Hi Jack,

    They will need to remove the ability to do so via the Access Level Hierarchy, and then bespokely assign the access via HR > Employees > Users > Assign user access > Select user > User profile > Assign Lieu access > Save

    Hi

    We have made these amendments but the line manager still doesn't have the ability to save the update so they can select 'taken' in the drop down but can't save it.

    Please advise on how we can resolve this?
