Streamlining Payroll Reporting for P&L Visibility

I wanted to reach out regarding the Super Journal report located in Fourth > Payroll > Reports > Exports. Currently, the report can only be run one pay basis, one pay period, and one entity at a time. Given the role payroll plays in our P&L, having more streamlined access would be a real operational benefit.

Would it be possible to adjust the report settings to allow users to download all periods at once? Ideally, we’re looking to generate:

• One report covering all fortnightly pay periods from the start of the financial year

• Another covering all monthly pay periods

If possible, we’d like to maintain the ability to split the report by entity and pay period, but even just combining pay periods into a single export would significantly reduce the time spent generating individual reports for each combination of entity, period, and pay basis.
