Employees to get email notification, like manager does when holiday request raised, when holiday approval or decline has occurred

Manager gets an email notification when anyone from team submits a request, via email. However, the requestor don’t get any notification when that same request has been approved. 
Suggest that employee gets email notification when holiday decision has been made.
