Birthday Alerts for NMW Increases

Hi Team,

What is the best way to alert managers to take action of an employees birthday which would increase the NMW bracket that they fall in? There is a custom alert for when an employee reaches 25, but I am looking for the best way for when an employee reaches 18 and then 21.
