Reminders
Hi
I want to set a reminder alert but have 22 different locations so only want each location to see their own information. I can't see anywhere how this works, does it just send the info relating to the direct reports of the user I select or will all users selected see all information?
I really don't want to set up 22 alerts!

When setting up reminders, you can assign users and job titles to whom the reminder will be sent.

But will they receive notifications for all employees or just those that are linked to their location?

Thank you for getting back to me.
If the employee is assigned to a reminder, they will only receive alerts relating to the location/division that they have access too.
