Scheduling - Shift Alerts and Partial Approval

Hey Team, 

Does any functionality exist on Scheduling whereby employees can receive a text alert ahead of their shifts to remind them their shift for the day?

Is there anyway to approve any parts of the rota on scheduling or is it the whole rota that gets approved?

Hi Rosie, 

Thanks for getting in touch with support! 

Currently, there is no functionality in place to send text reminders ahead of a shift. The current way of viewing the rota is that once the shifts are published they will be available to view on the My Schedule tab.

In regards to approving part of a Rota, again this is not current functionality as you must approve the whole weeks worth of Rotas/Schedules for them to be visible to employees.

I'd advise posting these on our 'Ideas' part of the Customer Success Portal using the below link (you will need to be signed in):
