Comments on the rota module

Hi there

Please can you let me know if there is any way to adjust the settings on the rota module for an Assistant Manager to be able to leave comments for an employee:

HoD level employees have the comment box (screenshot below) to add comments but Assistant managers do not.

Good morning,

I hope you are well.

This can be done via the access level hierarchy:

HR > Company admin > access level hierarchy > Select hierarchy > Edit HR > Administration > Assign comments access > Save
