Employees can only see 2 weeks of rotas

Hello, 

Is it possible to extend the view of available rotas to employees? As it currently stands employees can only see the next 2 weeks of their rotas when previously they reported being able to see 4 weeks worth of rotas. 

Is it possible to extend this back to 4 weeks worth of rotas available to viewing and if so how to do this.

Thank you for getting in touch with support and I hope you are well! 

Employees are only able to view approved rotas. If the manager is only approving 2 weeks worth of rotas, the employees can only view these 2 weeks.
