Is there such a thing as a report that will capture who has created a new starter ? either by the system (or our ATS) versus set up manually by a manager?

Hope you are well?

The Employee History Report can be run to return the Employee Created field over a select period:

Main menu > HR module > Reports > Employee History Report > Field By Field = Employee Created > Enter Date From > Enter Date To > Search

Employees changed by System Operation were most likely created via ATS, and employees changed by a user were created manually by a user.
