Which specific access to be granted for ticking the box for absence
Does anyone know which specific access a super user should grant to managers so they can tick this box ''Evidence seen? This box must be checked for sick pay to be calculated and paid, if applicable'' while recording an absence?

Thanks for your question. Access to tick this box is permission-driven. The permission is called 'Edit Absence Documents Seen' (which is the old name for this tick box before it became 'Evidence seen').
The easiest way to assign this permission is through the Access Level Hierarchy.
- Go to HR > Company Admin > Access Level Hierarchy
- Select the required Hierarchy
- Select the required Access Level in the hierarchy (use the View button to check the employees if needed)
- Against the 'Payroll Module', select Edit
- In the new window that opens, select Payroll Admin from the left side and then scroll down and tick the box against Edit Absence Documents Seen
- Scroll all the way down and Save
All users with that access level in that hierarchy will then be able to tick/untick the Evidence seen? box.
