Does anyone have any suggestions we can try. when using the counting app on mobile devices - the areas are synched and updated - no problem at all. When we go to use the tablet even though we update the location - the products still dont appear and the product count is different to on our mobiles

We are also experiencing this issue, We sheet to shelf the maintain guide but the changes are not updating in the counting app when we sync.
