Suspension - what do you lock down on Schedule?
We use scheduling, I have marked one of our staff as suspended on their HR profile, I have selected with full pay and the outcome is still pending. However, our Club manager has asked what they should do with the schedule? The suspended staff member has their usual shifts in but obviously as they are suspended they aren't being worked or clocked in and out, however as its paid suspension we require these to be paid. What do we do here? Do we keep the shifts and just mark them as 'Keep scheduled' and they will be paid that way or so we remove shifts and not have anything in? I went on to absences withing their HR profile also and was going to add that to show on the schedule but it doesn't allow an absence along with suspension. Any help or information would be helpful here. Can I also ask, does marking a staff member in suspended limit their access to the system? Thanks
