Where do these posts end up?
AnsweredI took a lot of time last year in creating several post suggesting improvements and today when I went in to submit another one, I realized my old ones are now gone. At what point do they get deleted and is there a way to retrieve any kind of feedback (comments) from Fourth after they are submitted but before they are removed.
Thank you,
-
Hello Julie Lee,
Firstly, we'd like to take a moment to thank you for actively contributing to our community! Your posts do not go unnoticed and our internal teams are constantly reviewing all new ideas that come in.
When you submit an idea, it’s reviewed to see if the functionality already exists. If it’s not available, the idea remains in the forum for two years for other customers to support and for product managers to consider. If, after a couple of years, it hasn’t gained much traction or been prioritised on the roadmap, the idea is moved to Ideas: Archived and kept for one more year to keep the forum organised.
If you feel as though you still want your idea to be considered, you can still resubmit it anytime! To check what’s being worked on, you can filter ideas by ‘COMPLETED’ or ‘PLANNED,’ and subscribing to release notes is a great way to stay updated on enhancements.
Best,
Fourth Communities Team0
