Hi Team, 

When creating a custom report within HR to include data for diversity & inclusion, is there an option to be able to pull first language data from ATS to show in the custom report?

Hi @...

You can select "First Language" under the "Sensitive information" report group in HR custom reports as seen below.


If the employee's record has this recorded on their profile pulled from their ATS provider it will display on the report.
