    • The P45 is sent automatically when the final payroll is processed.
    • The P45 would be generated and issued at the same time as the payslips
    • The standard length of time that an employee can still access the app is 90 days following the termination date, although this may be adjusted for the individual employer, access to the app from termination date is restricted to payslips and tax documents only to allow the employee time to download the relevant documentation.
    • If the employee doesn't download the P45 from the app before losing access, they would need to contact the employer who can download a copy from the employee record:

      Payroll > Employees > Employee List > [select employee] > Payroll > Employee Info > Employment Details > View P45 [bottom right of screen]
