No Action Required option removes breaks at approval

Is anyone else having issue that when an employee clocks times within the allowed variance against the scheduled forecast, then at time to action T&A data, manager only gets option saying 'No Action Required', however this option removes the scheduled break time?

This will pay the break time for the employee
