Is there a way to view who made changes to rota's after they were approved. I would like to report on this so would love it if something could be downloaded.

The Weekly overview v3 shows approved totals v actual totals, but I agree it would be good if there was something like an audit report to show changes made.

I can see that logging of shift amendments is enabled on your portal, meaning the shift amendments report within Scheduling is operational and can be used for this purpose:
Scheduling Module > Reporting > Shift Amendments

Oliver Where can I check if Logging shift amendments is enabled on my portal?
The setting Log Amendments to shifts can be found within Scheduling organisation settings.
In the case of your portal, I can see the setting is also enabled, but permission for the report has not been granted.
Please raise a ticket with the Technical Support team if you require further assistance in the matter.
