Switch off the rehire functionality

Hi,

Is there a way to hide/switch off the re-hire functionality other than not allowing to rehire the individual employees when terminating them?

Unfortunately, there is no way to completely disable/hide the rehire functionality. 

You would be able to Prevent the rehiring of employees after a certain amount of months via global settings. If this is something that might interest you please see the article below:

You could also disable the access for a specific user to rehire employees through their bespoke access settings. Guidance on this can be found below:

Beyond this however, there is no way to unilaterally prevent rehire other than the functionality you have already mentioned.
