Shifts out of store- not need for clock in/out

The site can just assign the shift and then the employee can just not clock in, this will not cause submission issues as the schedule can just be approved. There is an option of creating an ME for employees completing these shift types, for reporting purposes.

I understand it can be done, however it then effects the time and attendance clocking in and out data - is there a way to do it so it does not effect it?

Hi Laura,

If you wish for the employee not to clock in, this is fine, they can not use the T&A device and shifts can be added. 

This will not affect T&A data or rota submission.

It will affect the site's overall  T&A compliance for which they get measured, which is something the customer is trying to avoid
