Lieu days and NMW
Hi Community
We are introducing a lieu policy from January which will implement rules and timelines around lieu which I know Fourth can manage. This will mean any lieu not used within a 16 week period will expire.
The only outstanding problem is if losing or not paying lieu to someone takes them below NMW then we either need to pay it if they are leaving, or give them longer to take it if they are still with us. My question to you is whether Fourth can calculate this automatically?

I don't believe there is the functionality in the system to be able to do this.
