Ideas Portal Improvements

The ideas portal needs to be easier to navigate.

Items that are open for voting should be on the front page - if you want to get more people voting send an email with this months 'open for voting' or prompt voting when I open the ideas portal

The ideas portal has alot of ideas but for those of us who only perhaps visit this one a week, bi-weekly ect it would be good to have a view on what other people are liking at this point
