Hi Scott,

 

I hope you are well.

 

There is a setting in the user levels section, in scheduling:

 "Modify Schedule After Actual Signed Off"

With this setting assigned to a user level, they will be able to make changes after the schedule is approved:

 

Scheduling > Settings > User configuration > User levels > edit user level

I have tried this and it doesn't work as you can still amend the schedule even after it has been approved.

I was under the impression that  "Modify Schedule After Actual Signed Off" relates to Actualising the day.

I don't believe there is a setting to stop the rota being amended after its been approved because it may need to be to reflect demand or staff changes, but there are reports to see Forecast v actual.
