T&A breaks

Hi,
 
I have a question about breaks in rota/T&A:
  • can a specific division (nights division) be set up not to deduct 30 min break?
  • is there a report to see if any of the nights teams have had breaks deducted from their pay?
Reason is we don't allow night workers to leave the premises which means their break needs to be taken on site and needs to be paid instead of unpaid.
