HO employees clocking in

Hi Community,

Customer wants HO employees to clock in/out for safety reasons (ie if there is a emergency so they know who is in the building) question is- is they only way for them to clock in/out to be scheduled in the rota? would the fire report already available work somehow without having to schedule them?or what would be the best approach?

Thanks for your question. Employees can clock in/out without being scheduled providing they are set to be included in the rota. The fire report will then show any employees that have clocked in but not yet clocked out.

Employees can clock in at any location as long as its the same device they were enrolled on at their main location as the templates are synced to a single middleware.

For different devices however they would need to be enrolled again i.e they are enrolled fingerprint device at their main location and then need to clock in using a face device.

If this is not the case then it is due to Synels Sync between devices being switched off for your company which support will be able to confirm for you if needed via a support ticket.
