Export Previous Rotas

Is there an export on WFM to download previous rota’s for locations? customer needs this for the previous 2 years.

Thank you for your question. Our product team recommend using the Employee Hours Worked export which gives all rota data from a select period of time. This usually runs very quickly and can be run per location or all locations. They'd recommend a maximum of 6 months each time, so you should only have to run it 4 times to get 2 years worth of data.
You may access this by going to:- Rotas > Reports > Exports > Employee Hours Worked
If you specifically require scheduled times the only way to do this would be to go into each individual rota and print it as pdf or download the shift list report.

Justine Hall - Is the need for the actual rotas or an hours report?
There isn't an export for actual rotas, if you can't see these in the portal due to archiving, I'd suggest raising a support ticket to have these unarchived. If you want an hours report, suggest using the 'employee hours worked', or if the want is to see forecast/clock in times as well, you could use the forecast vs actual vs paid hours daily export.
