Correct Balances displaying on the additional payments screen
AnsweredIf the negative lieu settings are enabled on the system and someone works over two stores the system will deduct the hours not worked in one store from their lieu balance.
For example, if a Colleague is contracted to 38.75 hours and worked 16 hours in one store and 22.75 in the other. When the store they have worked 16 hours in submits their timecard, it will deduct 22.5 hours from their lieu balance (38.75-16). Then when the other store submits their timecard, on the additional payments screen, it will not show that they have worked 61.5 hours rather than the 38.75 (which would be the correct amount). This can lead to a lot of confusion for the manager as it isn't accurate,

Apologies for the confusion, we have spoken to the product team who have created a root cause fix defect to correct the additional payments screen in instances such as this. As yet, we do not have an ETA, however, please be reassured that the defect will be discussed for prioritisation in due course.
