How to set up a new Fourth account using a different email address

After setting up their profile a new employee has provided an alternative personal email address and I need to resend their link to set up a new fourth Account.

How can I do this please?

Hello Caroline,

The fourth account email will be linked to the HR email.

You can amend the employee HR email at the following path,

HR > Employees > Employee List > Search / Select Employee > Employee Info > Personal Details > Email > Update > Save
