E Invoicing Solution

Hi, 

Does Fourth have a solution where invoices can be sent to the system and automatically linked to the order via order number or similar information?  If not, is it possible to link a 3rd party solution to the system to offer this solution and if so does anyone know of any suppliers that will be able to integrate

Adaco is currently able to receive and match e-invoices in a number of formats such as EDI or cXML and also via our Trade Simple supplier integration platform.  If your suppliers are able to send electronic invoices then our supplier integration team can work with you and your suppliers to have this set up.  I would suggest speaking with your Customer Success Manger in the first instance.

Additionally we are in the final stages of testing a new solution which will allow us to import invoices in image files (such as PDF or JPG)  that have been emailed to us, either by your accounts department or by the supplier.  We hope to make this new feature generally available later in this quarter.
