Forgotten Password

Would it be possible to have a forgotten password option on Fourth desktop. We are constantly having to reset employees passwords because they have forgotten their log in details.The majority of online systems have the option to do this not sure why it's not possible on Fourth?

Hi Wendy Hinshelwood,

Thank you for posting this Idea. We are encouraging our customers to use our Single Sign-On (SSO) service, so that employees can access all of their Fourth applications via one login page. Employees accessing the Workforce Management solution this way are able to reset their own passwords (using the commonplace 'forgot your password?' functionality that you alluded to).

Because SSO is the direction Fourth is taking with all of its products, we will not be considering this Idea for future development. For more information on SSO, please liaise with your Fourth contact.
