  Dear Steve,

  Thank you for your question.

  The best way to update the cost of items at a location is to load in a quotation at CP, here is the article to help you do that.

  Adaco: Importing Quotations – Fourth & HotSchedules Customer Success Portal

  When the team place the order using the quotation they will see the new price, the new cost of the item will then be updated on receiving.
