Is there a way of running a report on unpublished recipes?

Where there are depletion issues it would be good to try and identify where the mistakes are and checking for unpublished recipes would be a good start

Good Afternoon,

I hope all is well.

The Import POS screen within Inventory is what should be used to identify anything sold that has not been published to a specific location:

Stock management > All options > Import POS > Select Site

I hope this helps to clear any confusions.
