Recording Supensions

Hi Community!

‘Suspension’ doesn’t appear on the scheduling at the moment when we put people on suspension and that could lead to them missing payment.

We need to make sure that all suspension shifts come with full pay and that it shows clearly on the schedule, is there a way to set this up please?

Or perhaps could you recommend me on how other businesses are doing in terms of recording absences on scheduling?

  Hello Gayle,

  A few questions would be required to investigate further,

  • What is meant by suspension? (Is this an absence type)
  • Has this appeared on Scheduling Previously?
  • Has this recently resulted in missing payments?

  What does not appear on scheduling may appear on the rota module and be submitted to payroll and therefore no payments would be missed.

  We are aware that currently there are some stuff not showing on scheduling and may be included in the near future,
