Hi Community, 

Is it possible to set Fourth up so that when a manager sets up a ME job that they are required to put an end date in before they can set up a new ME? Or are we are able to cap the maximum amount of time for ME to be entered for e.g. a month, or 3 months.

I hope all is well.

Unfortunately, the functionality of mangers being prompted to add an end date before they create a new ME does not currently exist on our system.

I encourage you to submit this as an ideas request:

Apologies, I did not confirm the second part. 

There is currently no cap for ME's, and an end date has to be entered either upon creation or when you know the employee no longer works at another site or different division.
