Custom Report - all staff on specific day in past

Hi, 

I need to run a report that assesses our workforce on a specific day in the past.

I have the report set up, but it will only take today's information. I cannot find an option to choose a date on which I want the data to be pulled from. 

Can anyone help?

Yes, I am currently looking for this report also and can't see a way to pull it under 'custom reports' either.

Hi, sorry for the slow reply. It would be useful for pension reporting. When we have to do our Re-Enrollment Declaration, I need to know exact employee details on a specific day. But it would also be useful for comparing year to year data and filling in ONS surveys!
