Hi There, 

Is there a place where work patterns are recorded for individual employees?

In addition how does the Employee Holidays report, know which days are to be paid and which are to be unpaid?

Hi Rosie,

Unfortunately, there is report that shows whether the holiday is paid or not. 
As this is the case, I ask kindly for you to raise an idea's request:

Additionally, you can find default worked in an employees employment details.

This can be found via the below pathway:

HR > Employees > Employee List > Search / Select Employee > Employee Info > Employment Details > default Shifts Worked
