Bulk opening rotas in advance

Is there any way to open ROTAs on a mass scale e.g. open for all locations for up to 12months in the future without having to do separately for all locations one by one?

Or is there any way Fourth can do this on behalf of a customer?

  Hi Caroline,

  The development team can run a script to create future rotas on a large scale. However, a support case will need to be raised for this.

  Please note that having rotas planned far in advance will limit the system's ability to display data in critical reports, such as the V3 report, as this report can only hold 52 weeks' worth of data.
