Hi Deborah Saleh,

Everything here should be ok, so we'll need to investigate this for you. We will need you to submit a support request and please include the following information (which should not be shared here in this public domain):

  • The employee's full name and the email address they have signed up with
  • The name of their previous employer
  • If they are listed under HR > Users > Fourth Account Management (when you search from this page)

This will aid our investigations. Thank you.
