New employee cannot log into Fourth App
Hi
A new employee cannot log into the Fourth App, used in a previous employment.
Have created a new account and tried reloading latest version of App - nothing seems to work. Everything is set up OK.
Anyone come across this before?

Everything here should be ok, so we'll need to investigate this for you. We will need you to submit a support request and please include the following information (which should not be shared here in this public domain):
- The employee's full name and the email address they have signed up with
- The name of their previous employer
- If they are listed under HR > Users > Fourth Account Management (when you search from this page)
This will aid our investigations. Thank you.
