Hi There, 

Is it possible to set up notifications that are linked to medical conditions. So that when a member of staff is scheduled with a medical condition it flags to the manager who is scheduling? 

Additional is there another place to add notes to an employee profile other than sensitive information?

  Your first query - no, unfortunately this is not currently possible. Sounds like it could be a good suggestion for our Ideas portal though!
