Which report?

Can anyone help?  I am looking for a report where i can get details of product purchases & quote details where the creator has by-passed the lowest price indicator in PR and gone on to create a PO.  I need to be able to

  • Choose individual properties
  • Choose individual products ( or sub categories)
  • Show purchase details & show all quotes for the product, who created the PO
