T&A red clocks

When an employee is late and the manager manually amends the time to pay them from the shift start time, will this show still on the red clock or will still be updated to say green clock?

Customers policy is to pay employees when they are late however want to ensure lateness is captured regardless.

Hi Johanna,

The clock will remain in its original colour regardless of any changes made to the Actual times.

I would advise running the T&A Detail Report in Rotas (Rotas > Time & Attendance > T&A Detail Report) as this report will show both Actual and T&A times for any given period.
