T&A breaks compliance report
To ensure compliance and correct payments, we analyse T&A hours versus what is confirmed for payment. We also look at the breaks clocked versus actual reported.
On scheduling there isn’t any report that could help identify these details for all restaurants and per site the format is unworkable and FA does not get T&A breaks info
Is there is any report available in Fourth l that can helps in the meantime?
We are using the export Forecast vs Actual vs Paid Hours-Daily, but unfortunately, if there are no forecasted shifts and the employees work, no T&A data is feeding through, just the actuals.

Our reports are limited when it comes to reporting on T&A breaks however the T&A detail report can be run to show T&A breaks via the below path.Rotas > time and attendance > T&A details report > Run report > Export to csv.
Unfortunately, the report does not show the actual or forecasted times for the employees.
I would advise creating an ideas request to see if a report can be created or updated that includes all the details you require via the below link.
