What's Changing?

• Additional Information in Unavailability TooltipWhen selecting an unavailability, the
  tooltip will now display the date that the unavailability was requested
• New Rounding in Costs Table
  Figures in the Costs table will now display only as whole numbers (no decimals) and numbers over a thousand will have a comma after the first digit
