    Hi Sebastien,

    Thank you for your post.

    I believe that for the data you are looking for, it would be best to run multiple reports.

    The CSP Absence Report can be found through the below pathway:

    Payroll > Reports > View Reports > Payroll > Absences CSP Report

    This report shows absences with company sick pay details.

    For the SSP, I would advise making use of our custom reports functionality, as SSP can be included as a field within the payroll module.

    Payroll > Reports > Custom Reports

    Hi Brenden, 

    I don't have a Absences CSP report available. The only report close to this would be the below

     

    REPORTS - PAYROLL ABSENCE REPORT

    I've tried creating a custom report for SSP but it's not giving me the result I want as I am also wanting to include the employees who have run out of CSP but do not qualify for SSP as the absence is less than 4 days. 

     

    If there is a report I can get for CSP that would be great.

    Hi Sebastien,

    If you are unable to see this report, this would point to an issue with your access.

    This is something which should be reviewed internally by your super users, or if you are a super user, your portal's administrative user.

    They will be able to assign you access to the report by following the below help article.

    Hello, 

    I gained access to the CSP report mentioned. I am trying to see who is receiving payment between January 22nd and February 18th.. The report is returning only 3 employees when In reality I have at least 44 employees receiving payment from CSP. Is there another option for reports by chance?
