GL Account Numbers

Can one GL Account Number be shared between a Location and a Storeroom?

We are setting up storerooms for respective outlets. For example, Ariccia Kitchen will have a Ariccia Dry Storage. Ariccia Kitchen's GL account number is 021. Can we setup Ariccia Dry Storage under the same GL account number? Are there potential implications for doing so with Accounting?
