    Thanks for your question. This seems like it will require investigation into your specific business, products, account codes, etc, so is best suited as a support ticket. We will raise a ticket directly from this question and you will receive the reference number via email. You can then reply to that email if you have any additional information to provide (the account codes/products in question, for example). We are sure we will be able to help you.
