Restrict management access

For compliance reasons my customer would like to know if it is possible to restrict access to management for following:

- Eligibility - specifically limit this functionality to head office (remove access/ability from BM to only allow head office team to input)?

- New Starters - restrict management to only add new starter via 3rd party ATS API and not be able to create new starter directly into HR?

Hi Johanna,

 

The proof of eligibility options is found on the personal details page. There is no way to prevent the editing of these details where a 3rd party ATS is in use, other than setting the personal details permission to Read Only.

Removing the access to create a new employee in the HR and Payroll module on the access template, would prevent this. This should not have any impact on the 3rd party ATS.
