    Hi Alfredo Vazquez,

    As it is, the Order Audit Report will show when a change has been made when adding a product but only on cost change. It will have an entry showing previous value and new value, alongside a timestamp and which user did this. It does not show the product information that was added.

    There is no other report available that would show this at the order stage unfortunately.
