Is there an audit report that shows a product line added to a PO? Once a PO has been created, we need to know the username/date/time a new line item has been added and the line #/description as well. The Order Audit Report doesn't have this info.

  Hi Alfredo Vazquez,

  As it is, the Order Audit Report will show when a change has been made when adding a product but only on cost change. It will have an entry showing previous value and new value, alongside a timestamp and which user did this. It does not show the product information that was added.

  There is no other report available that would show this at the order stage unfortunately.
