    When creating the custom report, if the following fields are included (from the Report Groups as shown) then this should allow the customer to then filter the date ranges in the exported CSV report in Excel.

    • Start Date (Employee Work Details)
    • Termination Date (Termination Details)

    It is also possible to use the Condition drop-down for date fields, so for Start Date you could select >= (greater than or equal to) and then when running the report, enter 01/01/2010 (for example) to show all employees who started on or after that date. You could then also select <= (less than or equal to) for the Termination Date but it might be easier to just do this in Excel.
